Job Title: C # Developer ICI-NYBOSS (Project H)
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore
Project Brief:
ICI-NYBOSS is a Primary Clearance and Settlement function for the Fixed Income Business.
ICI (Impact Catalyst Inc.) is the product owned by vendor company Broadridge. It is an integrated, online securities transaction processing system that offers support for fixed-income trading and processing.
NYBOSS (New York BackOffice Settlement System) is a windows based framework and suite of application that extracts data from ICI and other applications, manipulates, formats and transports this data to target systems and users.
Expected Role and Key Responsibilities:
Provide architecture design for the assigned projects to cover development, testing, & deployment.
Ensure that the deliverables are being completed on time and on schedule, are respecting the business and users expectations
Develop and maintain assigned projects in C# and MS SQL according to business specification and programming standards.
Follow the internal procedures and the guidelines during project life cycle
Participate in execution of integration & user acceptance testing
Coordinate with other system groups to setup infrastructure required by your application.
Working closely and collaborating with other developers, Production support team and infrastructure team to setup infrastructure needs for the assigned project.
Working in parallel on several topics and switch from one to another according to business priorities
Participating to production releases and deployments
Coordinate w/ Project Manager to communicate status and report issues to the Business & IT management.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
3+ years experience in software development and system architecture with Microsoft technologies.
Expert knowledge of C# and .Net Framework
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
Working knowledge of Database design and SQL development is required.
Strong Threading Concepts.
Design: UML or Visio
Nice to have technical skills:
Working knowledge on WPF
Exposure to Capital Markets or the broader financial industry.
Mandatory Soft Skills:
Good Communication skills
Structured, organised and a good communicator
Delivery-focused with a good eye for detail
Comfortable working with the offshore team
Must be able to work closely with business analysts
Willing to share knowledge and skills with other members within the team whilst able to work independently
Salary: INR 4,50,000 - 9,50,000 P.A
