Job Description	Responsibilities Develop code and unit test scripts for features of medium to high complexity, according to provided functional designs Contribute to functional and technical designs Debug, fix and unit test product defects of any complexity Demonstrate program functionality to Quality Assurance engineers, product analysts and technical writers Participate in reviews of other development document deliverables (requirements, functional design, technical design, functional test scripts, iHelp documentation, and curriculum) Operate independently and as part of a team Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Desired Profile	We are looking for hands-on Oracle PL/SQL developers with expert knowledge and around 7 to 10 years development experience. Technical Skills Very strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming skills Experience to tune SQL queries using TKProf / explain plans / AWR reports Experienced in implementing unit tests Experience with Advanced Queuing Exposure to large scale software systems using Oracle, Java and middle ware technologies Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Builder, OBIEE, SQL Loader, Job Scheduling, Informatica and SAS will be a plus Java programming/debugging skills and Web/internet application development skills will be a plus Knowledge of Oracle Fusion technologies/Oracle ADF will be a huge plus Other attributes Expert in requirement analysis and design (including data modeling) Creative problem solver Good communication skills Excellent team player Experience of working with Agile methodology is desirable but not required Qualifications - Possess B.E / B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or related field Possess typically 7-10 years of previous software engineering or related experience Perform moderately complex problem solving with minimal assistance and guidance Deliver medium to complex projects on time and with a very high degree of quality Possess good understanding of cross-product dependencies and interacting with internal and external customers Demonstrate excellent design skills Possess very good written and oral communication skills Experience working across geographies Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
