At least 5 years specific experience with test automation (working on tools like QTP)
Should have very good experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks
Should be hands on with coding & designing test scripts
Should be good at VB Script.
Preference to candidates with experience in multiple tools
Preference to candidates who have submitted White Papers on test automation
Excellent Communication skills
