| Job Description | Over View: The Product Owner / Product Manager works with product owners, R&D, Sales, Service, Implementation, Competitive Intelligence, and Business Development to understand market integration needs and ensure development outcome meets those needs. Primarily responsible for aligning product roadmaps for product integration development on ADP HCM solution driving on-time/on-budget releases and prioritizes all integration feature/function requests and provides detailed requirements. In addition, the Product Manager needs to understand product P&L, ensuring product(s) achieves margin/profit objectives as well as work closely with field organization to transfer integration knowledge to ensure that the ADP HCM solution in its entirety can be effectively implemented and serviced, while achieving service quality and implementation quality expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with product owners to develop detailed requirements for integration initiatives on the ADP Global HCM solution. Integration includes but is not limited to user experience (UI), workflow and data across all functional components that comprise the ADP Global HCM solution.
- Ensures integration approach aligns with both the ADP integration strategy as well as market expectations.
- Works with Operational partners in Implementation and Services to ensure the solution can be effectively implemented and serviced. Provides technical and analytical guidance and address integration limitations as well as recommend service/implementation process improvements, including hosting and service economics. Recommends changes in product/pricing/operations
- Acts as product owner in Agile development methodology, as well as works with other product owners, to make decisions on solutions integration and usability in coordination with R&D.
- This leadership role is responsible for driving strategy for ADP HCM. ADP HCM is critical to ADP long term revenue and profit growth strategy, this position is critical to the long term success of ADP. Driving results will require strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills as the position acts in a matrix management structure.

| Desired Profile | Required Skills:
- 5 to 15 years of experience in software product development and product management
- 3 to 8 years experience in requirement analysis & definition, business & systems analysis, solution design (Process Modeling, Use Cases, Logical Data Modeling, UML).
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Benefits, Time, Talent, HR
- Experience in Agile-Scrum product development methodology.
- Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies
- Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
- Strong verbal communications, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking.
