Job Description	8 to 12 years of experience in application development. Web logic/Web sphere/JBOSS Tuning, JVM Tuning, Performance analysis & Capacity planning Web sphere installation / Domain Setup / Domain Administration Extensive working knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms Complete awareness of Software Development Life Cycle Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems Experience in performance testing Web-based, Middleware and Mainframe applications on different environments Should be experienced in using Java profiling tools such as jProbe, Jprofiler and/or JVisualVM. Should be experience in Oracle 10g and be well versed in fine tuning SQL and PL/SQL Good understanding of Oracle based performance monitoring such as OEM Websphere/Weblogic/JBoss Tuning, JVM Tuning and Performance analysis Knowledge in Websphere installation / Domain Setup / Domain Administration is desirable Should be good with least one programming language (preferably Java) Should be experienced in Monitoring tools like Sitescope, Wily Introscope Should be experienced in Perl, Shell scripting, Windows Scripting Experience with either Load Runner or Performance Center Testing tool.
